Thanks to the cooperation with Purple Institute, Santoni launches a special edition of its Clean Icon sneaker.

The combination of white and bright orange distinguishes this ultra light and soft sneaker, available both for him and for her. It also features a special tongue in technical fabric with the slogan of the project printed on it: “MAKE LOVE”.

Starting from November 20th 2016, Purple for Santoni sneaker is available at the famous Parisienne concept store Colette for a worldwide exclusive preview, emphasized by a special window concept, with amazing shots by the famous Chinese artist Ren Hang. This partnership was celebrated with a cocktail, hosted by Purple and Santoni who invited the public to discover the new project and to join them for an aperitif in the historical Au Bistrot. Purple for Santoni sneaker is also available on Santoni and Purple on line boutiques.

Olivier Zahm: “I was delighted when Santoni asked my magazine Purple to customize a pair of their classic Clean Icon sneakers. We wanted the shoes to highlight what matters most to us:
LOVE. We decided with Giuseppe Santoni to be direct and political and write MAKE on one shoe and LOVE on the other, so that you repeat this mantra with each step. We liked the idea that a small element of our every day wardrobe could send a political message which also hints at an unsaid by obvious second part of the message “Make Love, Not War.” This was also a great opportunity to collaborate creatively with the talented emerging.
