time for shipping is needed. In the event the process takes longer, customers will be informed.

The responsibility for any banking charges that may be incurred for international orders

In the case of a return: customs duties, import sales taxes, and handling charges cannot be refunded.

ALL returns must be registered via e-mail!

Any item purchased from can be returned within 14 days of its delivery date:
if the product is in its original condition, including tags and packaging.

Worn, used, altered, or damaged products will not be accepted. 

Due to the intimate nature of socks, underwear, swimwear, tights and lingerie,
these products are ineligible for a refund for hygienic reasons.
 Gift cards are also non-refundable. 



Return Shipping

Customers are allowed to use the carrier of their choosing, but are required to keep all proof of dispatch,
until they receive verification of the arrival in our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item,
and Modern Culture of Tomorrow is not liable for any loss, damage or theft associated with the return shipping.



Refunds (if applicable)

After our inspection to ensure our return conditions are met, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded within 14 working days and credited back to the original form of payment.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please note that your item return may be affected during peak seasons (e.g. holidays and new releases).

It may take some time before your refund is shown in your statement.

If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank account provider first,
